Coming Soon

The Vessel Owner portal is currently in development and will be available in an upcoming release. The information below documents the planned functionality.

Overview

When a marine service company wants to create work orders for your vessel, they must request access. As the vessel owner, you control which companies can access your vessel and at what level.

Access Levels

  • View — Company can see your vessel record (name, specs, registration). Cannot create work orders.
  • Service — Company can create and manage work orders for your vessel. Can publish service summaries to you.
  • Full — Company has full access including vessel document management.

Approving Company Access

Navigate to My Vessels → Manage Access for the relevant vessel.

  1. 1Review the pending access request from the company.
  2. 2Check the requested access level.
  3. 3Click Approve to grant access, or Decline to refuse.

Revoking Access

  1. 1Navigate to My Vessels → Manage Access.
  2. 2Find the company whose access you want to revoke.
  3. 3Click Revoke Access.
  4. 4Confirm the action.

Revoking access prevents the company from creating new work orders for your vessel. However, they retain read access to their own historical work orders — they cannot delete records of work they have already performed.

What Happens When Access Is Revoked

  • The company cannot create new work orders for your vessel.
  • The company can still see their own historical work orders.
  • You no longer receive new service summaries from that company.
  • Previously published service summaries remain in your service history.
