Set Up Your Company

Overview

Before inviting your team or creating work orders, take a few minutes to configure your company settings. This ensures your branding, rates, and subscription are set up correctly.

Who Does This

Only Company Admins can access company settings.

Setting Up Your Company

Navigate to Settings → Company to begin.

1. 1Upload your company logo (PNG or SVG, recommended 200×200px). This appears in the navigation and on client-facing documents.
2. 2Upload a favicon (ICO or PNG, 32×32px) if you are on the Enterprise plan.
3. 3Enter your company name and contact details.
4. 4Under Branding, set your primary colour if you are on the Enterprise plan.
5. 5Navigate to Settings → Rates and configure your hourly rates by role (e.g. Technician: $85/hr, Apprentice: $55/hr).
6. 6Review your subscription tier under Settings → Billing.

Subscription Tiers

VesselOne offers two tiers for companies: Standard and Enterprise.

• Standard — VesselOne branding, full feature access, "Powered by VesselOne" attribution.
• Enterprise — Custom logo, favicon, company colours, and priority support. "Powered by VesselOne" attribution.
