Managing your plan, billing cycle, cancellation, and data export.

Overview

VesselOne subscriptions are managed from Settings → Billing. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually depending on your chosen billing cycle.

Changing Your Plan

  • Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle.
  • Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
  • Enterprise plan changes may require a conversation with the VesselOne team — contact support@vesselone.com.au.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days during which you can request a data export.

After the 30-day retention window, all company data is permanently deleted. Export your data before cancelling if you need to retain it.

Data Export

Before cancelling, export your company data from Settings → Data Export.

  • Work order data (CSV)
  • Vessel records (CSV)
  • Time entries (CSV)
  • Photos (ZIP archive)
