Overview

The Schedule section provides a weekly calendar view of all work orders assigned to your team. It shows which technicians are assigned to which jobs on which days, giving you a visual overview of your team's workload.

Weekly Calendar View

Navigate to Schedule from the top navigation.

  • Each column represents a day of the week.
  • Each row represents a technician.
  • Work order cards appear in the cell for their assigned technician and start date.
  • Multi-day work orders span multiple columns.

Assigning Work Orders via the Schedule

  1. 1Drag a work order card to a different technician's row to reassign.
  2. 2Drag a work order card to a different day column to change the start date.
  3. 3Click a work order card to open the full work order details.

Only Company Admins can reassign work orders from the Schedule view. Technicians can view the schedule but cannot drag-and-drop.

Start & End Date Assignment

Work orders appear on the schedule based on their start date. If no start date is set, the work order will not appear on the calendar. Ensure start dates are assigned when creating work orders that need to appear on the schedule.
