Overview

Stock management in VesselOne covers tracking parts and materials used across work orders. Each stock item has a description, unit cost, and quantity-in-stock. When materials are used on a job, they are recorded against the work order.

QR Scanning

Stock items can be assigned QR codes for quick identification and logging. Using the mobile app (coming soon), technicians can scan a stock item's QR code to quickly add it to a work order without searching through the catalogue.
