Notification Preferences

Overview

VesselOne sends notifications for key events in your company workspace. You can control which notifications you receive from your notification preferences.

Types of Notifications

• Team invitation emails — sent to invited team members.
• Work order status changes — notifies assigned technicians when a work order status changes.
• Work order assignment — notifies a technician when a work order is assigned to them.
• Chat messages — notifies work order participants when a new chat message is posted.
• Service summary published — notifies the vessel owner (if applicable) when a service summary is published.

Controlling Your Preferences

Navigate to your user menu → Notification Preferences.

1. 1Review the list of notification types.
2. 2Toggle each type on or off.
3. 3Click Save Preferences.
